U.S STEAK WITH HERB BUTTER |

250g U.S ribeye/sirloin/T-bone; sone zucchini and carrots; 1 tsp chopped parsley, 2 tbsp maragarine.
调味料 :
a pinch of garlic salt; a few shakes of pepper.
(1) Blend seasoning into U.S ribeye/sirloin/T-bone and marinate thoroughly.
(2) Slice zucchini and carrots. Blanch with a little margarine and salt.Dish up and garnish.
(3) Fry U.S. beef ribeye/sirloin/T-bone with a flat-bottomed pan to a desired level of doneness.
(4) Stir chopped parsley into margarine and freeze till set, then cut it into small pieces and serve with pan-fried U.S steak.
